Two months

Two months. I can hardly believe it. I swear just last week you were a month old and the week before that you were born. But here we are. These past two months with you have been the best months of my life. 

Your personality comes out more everyday and it's so fun to watch. You love being outside, and we love watching you absorb everything outside has to offer. You're a summer baby, so it's fitting. Especially since our apartment doesn't have air conditioning! You like the water too and have been in the pool twice now! Watching you discover and experience new things (like water!) is such a joy. 

You sleep well most nights and usually go a 5-6 hour stretch the first part. Sometimes you don't and decide to party every 3 hours and when that happens we roll with it (and drink lots of coffee the next morning). We're still figuring out this whole napping thing, and it's been rough with the really hot days we've been having. But, you usually nap a good 2-3 hour nap mid day and then a short one in the evening. Bedtime doesn't come until 11pm but your daddy and I appreciate that. :) 

We're OFF the nipple shield and I'm SO proud of you! Seriously. So many happy dances. You love your daddy so much and watching the two of you together, it's the best. 

You are so loved baby boy, I hope you always know that.
