Anyone else married to a guy that never seems to know what he wants for Christmas? ;) Drex isn't picky but there's never much on his list. As we've gotten older, we've really tried to get each other one or two nice things as opposed to a bunch of miscellaneous things. There are three things that I always know he'll like: tools, a new knife, or a new watch. You may or may not know that Drex has a bachelors in Renewable Materials. I still don't know exactly what that means but I do know it's in the college of forestry and has to do primarily with wood products (I'm embarrassed to admit that the only takeaway from his four years in school is wood, ha). It showed up in the most perfect wooden box and one of the first things I noticed when I picked it up was how incredibly light weight it was! Drex works in an office so he spends the majority of his day on his computer and on the phone. He stopped wearing his other watch to work because it was just too clunky. It wasn't comfortable to wear while typing things up and that was a deal breaker for him. The super awesome thing about the JORD watch is that because it's so lightweight and slim fitting, it doesn't bother him when he's typing or making phone calls. This also means that it transitions flawlessly into being daddy and isn't an inconvenience when playing with the kids or taking Pop out.
